Grant recommendations for your Donor Advised Fund will be outlined in a personal Donor Agreement between you and BenefAction Foundation.
If your Donor Advised Fund is already set up and you want to change or amend your grant instructions you can use this Grant Recommendation Form.
In order to top up your Donor Advised Fund or to donate directly to the charity of your choice with either cash or securities in-kind, Benefaction requires that you complete a Gift Form. If you are donating gifts of securities, your broker will likely require that you complete a stock transfer form as well. Please forward completed Gift Forms to BenefAction Foundation.
