Golombek on donation tax shelters, lawsuits

Jamie Golombek, managing director, tax and estate planning at CIBC Private Wealth Management, describes several lawsuits related to tax sheltering schemes involving charitable donations. These schemes were all shut down by the Canada Revenue Agency. He spoke at the TMX Broadcast Centre in Toronto.
